RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nicolle Martí purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Nicolle Martí is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@nicollemarti.com.
